Measuring Down

Last week marked the day for measurements. I always seem to get nervous when I find out it’s that time again, but there’s always relief when you find out the results!

Having begun in March, it’s now 11 weeks of transformation & learning. Below shows the progress made so far:

Having started at a Body Fat Percentage of 38.4 to now being at 31.7 shows what eating healthy and training hard can actually do. If anything this gives more motivation to keep on going!
